The goal of this blog is to keep a daily food journal through the use of photos. Hopefully this will add to the accountability of eating healthier and paying more attention to the food I choose to eat. I welcome all comments and suggestions from anyone passing through. All I ask is that you be kind. Food and weight issues are a touchy subject for me and a daily struggle. To put this out publicly is done with the hopes that it will keep me honest. We shall see?

1/12 Snack?
Damn u almond butter for being so tasty!! Stopped at 2 fork fulls.But it wasn't easy!!!
I know. Its too good. And no added sugar. Just almonds and sea salt. I'll pick up another jar.
